Robert Maisch

I received my B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany. During my time at KIT, I conducted research on the thermal degradation of lithium-ion batteries. Before joining Dalhousie University, I worked with the battery research team at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI), where I developed a broader interest in electrochemical energy storage. My current research focuses on gas solubility in electrolytes and the temperature stability of sodium-ion batteries.
